Return & Exchange Conditions

  1. Return & Exchange Conditions

    1. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
    2. The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 45 days from receiving the original order.
    3. All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
    4. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.
    5. For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

    Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That might not be our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

    Benefits for Return & Exchange

    1.1 - Quality issues - Upon delivery, items that are faulty, defective, incorrect product, incorrect color, etc. Either refund or exchange. When you return to us, we will bear all the shipping costs (Shipping to you and shipping back to us) and compensate you with a USD20.00 voucher for your next purchase. Please include supporting documents such as Images/Videos. (not exceeding 45 days, for both refund & exchange).

    1.2 Upon delivery, if you dislike the product, you may return it to us for free, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if available), and in its original packaging. However, you will bear the shipping cost (Shipping back to us). We will also provide a USD50.00 voucher for your next purchase. If you are looking for an exchange, we suggest that after the return, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please include supporting documents such as Images/Videos. (not exceeding 45 days, only for a refund).

    1.3 Upon delivery, If you accidentally damage the product (light damage), you may ship it back to us and we will repair it for you. After repairing, we ship it back to you. In this case, you will bear all the shipping costs (Shipping to us and shipping back to you) as well as an extra 10% of the product price. Please include supporting documents such as Images/Videos. (not exceeding 45 days, Only for a repair).

    1.4 - Quality issues- One-Year Warranty (Full Refund) 

    Money-Back Guarantee! For any quality issues within a year, we provide a full refund! Starting From the date you receive your product. The shipping cost when shipping back to us would be 100% covered by us. However, the original shipping cost (Shipping to you) would not be refunded after the 45 days ended. Unlike 1.1 above. Please include supporting documents such as Images/Videos. (not exceeding a year, only for a refund).

    1.5 - Quality issues - Extra 2 Years warranty (Servicing & Repairing)

    For any quality issues within the second year and third year, we repair them for free! Starting From the date after 1.4 ends. In this case, you will bear the shipping cost (Shipping to us) and we will ship it back to you for free. Please include supporting documents such as Images/Videos. (not exceeding 3 years, only for servicing & repairing).

    1.6 Lifetime original factory refresh service!

    We charge a small amount after your warranty ends. However, we guarantee it's affordable. The cost incurred for materials such as Gold, Diamonds, Gemstones, etc. Contact us for more information regarding this service.

    *Please note that our products are made to order, not done by mass production. Any products returned to us such as (1.1, 1.2, and 1.4 above) would be scrapped and not resold due to the customization styles. 

    *To use the voucher, you will need a minimum spending of USD299.00.

    *Customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, please respect our return policy.

    Please Note:

    Returns will be processed within 48 hours of receiving your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account.

    Non-Refundable Items

    1. Items that are terribly damaged or altered are not refundable, and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
    2. Obtained from other sources instead of our Website.
    3. Damaged by abuse or negligence & misuse or activities other than the intended purpose.
    4. The original shipping cost (Shipping to you) is non-refundable except for the above 1.1. 

    Cancellation Policy


    We want your order to be made just the way you want it! Please review your personalization/engraving/special order information before submitting your order. Check details such as spelling, dates, name, etc. carefully. You are welcome to contact us if you have questions before placing your order.
    Generally, all items will be sent into production 120 minutes after we receive the payment. Therefore, any cancellations after that time will incur a 30% material and processing fee.
