1A. Forstyles is a Made to Order jewelry company that allows customers to choose from various options. Forstyles brand is different from others as our products are able to assemble and dismantle Its units. Feel free to buy different units from our Accessories, No matter GemKing or VaryGood model, we offer various designs. 

2Q. Do Forstyles offer B2B?

2A. Yes. We have been B2B for more than 10 years, creating customized products for business owners. This is the first time we are offering B2C, the GemKing and VaryGood model developed by our founder. For B2B customization, we are able to create any style of your own. Please contact us for more information regarding B2B.

3Q.Why are some of the product's prices stated as $0?

3A. To prevent customer confusion about the price, we decided to set it this way to allow our customers for better understanding of the price.

4Q. Why did the price add-on not show on the cart page amount?

4A. The price did not show on the cart page due to the options set app. We are currently using a third-party app for the options set installed from Shopify.

5Q. Are any other currencies available instead of USD? 

5A. We are currently working on more solutions for other currencies. We apologized for any inconvenience caused.

1Q. Where are the products made from?

1A. Our products are made in Shenzhen, China. The jewelry is produced by a pure custom brand, and the quality is not only reliable but also excellent!
Pure Custom is a brand-new Seiko jewelry customization brand launched by Jinyi Jewelry (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. in 2022. Although it is a brand new brand, the founder team of Pure Custom has been focusing on the original design and manufacturing of Seiko jewelry for more than ten years. rich experience. At present, our pure custom R&D and manufacturing team itself is the core R&D and manufacturing supplier of several well-known jewelry retail brands in the country. The factory is in Shenzhen, and has all kinds of jewelry R&D and manufacturing qualifications such as environmental protection, fire protection, general taxpayers, and second-level members of the Shanghai Gold Exchange, and we have always had strict factory quality control standards to achieve the trust of domestic famous brands, so please Don't worry about quality issues.

2Q. Do Forstyles have more GemKing / VaryGood finished products or units? 

2A. Yes. For Finished products, we have more. However, this is our first time on B2C so we will only launch later. And also, more innovative designs will continue to be launched.

3Q. These styles look too ordinary, I want something special. May I?

3A. The components of these styles look quite ordinary individually, but because our products have powerful free combination functions, the combined finished products have very special effects, which are unforgettable. You can sit down and try it, we will teach you how to assemble it, it is very simple, However, we are especially willing to listen to your opinions on style design. If you have specific ideas, we are happy to record them and tell our product development team immediately so they can study your ideas and design a special style in your mind. We will wait for the style to come out. You will be notified immediately. 

4Q. Do GemKing / VeryGood requires a screw? 

4A. GemKing does not require it, however, the VaryGood model requires it. We will provide the screw and screwdriver for free. 

5Q.Which products require Pendant Buckle?

5A. Only necklaces for GemKing and VaryGood require Pendant Buckle. It does not require rings.

6Q. Can I just purchase a GemKing Outer Circlet and wear it without the Grade 5 Titanium Inner Circle?  

6A. No. The Grade 5 Titanium Inner Circle will be the actual size that fits your finger. The rest of the GemKing units such as the Inner Circlet, Outer Circlet, and Adjustable Circlet are not for single wearing.

7Q. Can I choose S925 with Lab Grown Diamond instead of Moissanite? 

7A. Currently, our settings are G5TIC/ S925 with Moissanite and 14K Gold with Lab Grown Diamond. We will provide this and more options soon, such as 18K Gold with Lab Grown Diamond, ETC. If you really want to create a different option such as S925 with Lab Grown Diamond for some units, It can be done by contacting us. We will create the order manually.

8Q. I want to customize my own design including the size that is not shown on Forstyles website may I? And can I just do 1 piece?

8A. Yes. As we have been B2B for more than a decade and have seen lots of complicated designs with weird sizes such as a Ring Arm is as big as a Ping Pong ball. We are able to do it, however, it takes time. Feel free to contact us for more information. Please note that we would not do products or brands with style patents such as Tiffany, Cartier, Bulgari, ETC. Forstyles Jewelry is a company that respects intellectual property rights. We recommend you to try our products as the structure is very interesting to match and looks stylish and fun.

9Q. What are Adjustable Circlet for and when do we need them?

9A. We have 2 types of Adjustable Circlet, the 0.5MM and 1MM. An Adjustable Circlet will be used to prevent gaps occur. For example, a Grade 5 Titanium Inner Circle is able to fit in 3MM on Inner Circlet. However, when customers choose an Inner Circlet of 2.5MM, the remaining gaps of 0.5MM will be covered by Adjustable Circlet. Most of our Inner Circlet are 2.5MM, 3MM, 3.5MM, and maximum 4MM.

10Q. Why are some of the Outer Circlet not have a Grade 5 Titanium option?

10A. For Outer Circlet, we choose to use Grade 5 Titanium because it is stronger. However, if the Outer Circlet contains Diamonds, We can't use Grade 5 Titanium in this case.

11Q. What are the differences between GS and GK for the Inner Circlet?

11A. GK Inner Circlet is designed for the insertion of a Flower Head or  Pendant Buckle.
